I had a very nice relaxing red light introductory session. The staff was very knowledgeable and very friendly. They took time to explain all the programs, the benefits and the price points. The environment was extremely clean and sanitized. It offered many little special perks as well, like the water station and the beauty bar.
The new girl at the front desk that helped me was so kind and made my experience comfortable. The place was clean and the session was amazing but she really made it great.
The customer service was excellent. The infrared sauna, vitamin C shower and plunge tub were very clean and an overall enjoyable experience.
