Place isn't clean, there is hair on the cold plunge. Staff lies just to get more money from you. DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL
The cold plunge was not clean, there was hair in the water. They do not respect discount codes. If you go with a +1 guest do not give them your +1 guest credit card because they will charge. They will say it is policy. Really small rooms.
