Love these classes and the people in them. It’s like having a personal trainer without the price tag! �
Haley is very attentive with her personal training and can tailor the work outs for whatever your fitness needs are. I'm currently pregnant and she's been great at modifying the work outs to accomodate my growing baby bump. I really enjoy working with her and she is very helpful with nutritional advice as well.
