I would recommend Sweat and Shiver to anyone looking for a solid local hot and cold therapy spa. The staff is courteous, I showed up a little bit early for my appointment and instead of waiting they let me start my session early. They provided a towel and bottle of water, which I wasn't expecting, as I had brought my own. Friendly staff, rooms are spotless, cold plunge and sauna are in peak shape. Very affordable for what is offered. No complaints, would recommend to anyone! Shoutout to Eric, opened up a gem in a town that needs its local businesses

Absolutely amazing experience at Sweat and Shivers! The facility was spotless from the moment we walked in, the rooms were incredibly clean, well-maintained, and felt so relaxing and welcoming.
