Shellie is the best I have been super sick and visiting her saunas has helped me detox and been a life saver. The infrared saunas are clean and I absolutely love sweating it out at the Sweat Sanctuary!
A great experience each visit, very cozy. Doing a combo series... sleeping better and using using less allergy meds.
Love this studio! Excellent instructors and classes. Highly recommend!
