Love this place! Every time I go I look forward to be greeted by Elway, Jamie's furry bestie! He's the bee's knees - adorable! The facility is clean! My favorite thing to do at Sweat Reno is doing yoga in the infrared sauna! I LOVE how I feel during and after my workouts. Thank you, Jamie, for your knowledge and support!
I was visiting Reno for a sporting event and needed to relieve some muscle tension. I regularly use infrared sauna at home and have experienced so many benefits. I used the infrared sauna and then also tried cryotherapy and the sauna massage pod for the first time. All were super! Jamie is so welcoming and knowledgeable about the services she provides and health in general. Really happy I came to visit!
As an avid enduro dirk bike adventurer you experience times of immobility, IE accidents and or crashes. With my last crash leading to 3 broken ribs and a more than 2cm clavicle break I knew I had to speed up the healing process whilst reaping any sort of health benefits along the way. Sweat Reno has become one of my favorite places to head over to after work and unwind. I love the options of the different saunas and they each provide me with something I need that particular day. My membership also covers the cocoon pod which is really relaxing and helps me decompress after work. Since I started going, I've been sleeping better and noticed real improvements in my mental clarity and overall well-being. I absolutely love Sweat Reno! The infrared saunas have become a go-to for me. I’ve noticed a real reduction in stress since making it part of my weekly routine. The space is always spotless and serene, with thoughtful touches like a clean shower for after your session. Jamie (the owner) is fabulous! She goes above and beyond every single time and makes you feel so cared for. Highly recommend!
