This place is AMAZING. I'm not a typical gym workout person & I love coming here rowing & using free weights for a workout in the sauna. I highly recommend coming here. I have a membership & make it a part of my schedule to come after work each day. You won't be disappointed + Jaime the owner is SO nice & knowledgeable.
I have been visiting Sweat Reno Infrared Spa, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and serene, setting the perfect tone for relaxation. The infrared saunas are incredible! I loved how they provide a deep, detoxifying sweat without the oppressive heat of traditional saunas. Each session left me feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. Sweat Reno was a perfect infrared sauna studio! It had several saunas to choose from and it’s been conveniently set up for you to get in your work out or just enjoy the heat and have a relaxing experience. I picked one where I could have free space for yoga and stretching. Plenty of room inside and they even have a tv monitor to follow along to videos. Jamie, the owner is so helpful and friendly. Looking forward to my next visit!
Let me start off by saying the owner is a very kind lady. However, I do not feel that particular type of buisness is a place for politics to be discussed. The subject was brought up to me and I kind of brushed it off. Then the owner initiated a conversation with another client that came in as they both discuss which candidate they don't care for. The experience at Sweat is unique in the way of having several options for infrared sauna mixed with equipment. You get your own sauna which makes it worth it. It’s nice to have a place that also has a cryo option. Beyond cryo and infrared Jamie does an incredible job at bringing the community together for additional wellness events.
