They are incredible — always clean, always amazing smiling service, and super hot saunas and all the extra services too — the membership is a steal!

They have an AMAZING large private sauna for Yoga! Highly recommend practicing Yoga, Pilates, and Qigong in it. The staff is always helpful & supportive. Plus the owners are the kindest people you will ever meet! Everyone here makes you feel welcome. Worth joining the unlimited membership 👌.
(2026) Two years later I am still enjoying Sweat Equity on an almost daily basis. I love being a member and am addicted to all the therapies offered. Feeling grateful to have such an amazing wellness and recovery studio just five walking minutes away! (2024) I love the energy of this wellness space! Sean and Carina (sp?) have been so friendly and helpful and encouraging with all the treatments! Still working through the list, but so far the contrast treatment is my favorite! 🥵🥶
Absolutely the best place in San Antonio for body recovery, vitamin IV's and so much more! The compression pants are a game changer, and the staff's always amazingly helpful!
