My near daily contrast therapy practice at Sweat Equity has become an integral part of my mental and physical health routines. Aside from how great it feels thanks to the dopamine surge after cold plunging, I’m motivated by the research that shows contrast therapy improves cardiovascular health, reduces blood pressure, and reduces inflammation in the body. I also appreciate that the staff is always warm, knowledgeable and helpful. Great vibes all around.
We were in town for a quick trip and decided to book a couples infrared sauna session. It was great! Very well priced too. Karina was very friendly and helpful! We will definitely be back when we stay in SA again.
