It’s never easy to go through the full process of a new loan but working with Kristine has made it so much easier! I’ve worked with her in the past, and will keep working with her in the future. She will make the process 10 times easier and faster. Due to my work, I’m always out of town, making it a bit harder to sign documents, but having to opportunity to do everything online, makes the whole process run much smoother. It’s just very convenient, at least in my case. I highly recommend working with them!
Going through the loan process with Stacey Cropsey was absolutely wonderful. She was always willing to answer any of our questions and brought enthusiasm to every aspect of the process. They don’t answer the phone, impossible to set up payments and they refuse biweekly payments. Worst mortgage company to date.
