Mr. Larry Lee has been my personal trainer for 11 years. I am a senior citizen with mobility issues. Larry has kept me physically fit and able to do all I need to do. He keeps me safe while increasing my strength and flexibility.
Larry knows his stuff and is full of energy! I came to Larry after covid shutdown and medication issues that had me over 50 lbs heavier. With his help I have now shed those lbs in just under a year and a half slowly. He helps with training, whether your goal is bulking, being in better shape, or weight loss. I have used other trainers and no where close to the results I received with Larry.
Larry is great to work with. He evaluates my needs. His workouts are effective. He helped me recover ahead of schedule from knee surgery
