Had a great experience with SWAT Party bus package for a hens weekend with 10 of us. From the planning to the partying they have been great to deal with and put on a fantastic day for the bride and all of her crew!! Would 100% recommend

0/5 star review We organised a ‘party bus’ transfer from our hotel to our next location as part of a hen party celebration (this was clearly stated on booking). We were at the Novotel hotel at 6.05pm for a 6.30pm pick up however at 6.30 pm contact was made to say the bus could not pull in to the hotel. As soon as we met the driver he met us with aggression and frustration even though we clearly explained that we were ready and waiting at the hotel. Disgraceful services. Physically grabbed the organizer of this party booking. Would not recommend this company at all, arrived late and wouldn’t let us on the bus. Didn’t come to the requested location ( Novotel Hotel) Closed the door with one girl inside the bus - would not recommend. Male driver and they took the whole payment amount without fulfilling services.
