The drivers are not given the tools they need to do their job better. The need to replace the MTA Board for the poor service U Ride provides its customers!
Terrible service. I've tried to schedule 3 trips in the past week and all 3 have been declined. I am disabled with no car. I can not even get thru to anyone to make a complaint. The person never answers her phone and NEVER. Returns calls! This business is being run like a childs game. GET IT TOGETHER MTA. REMEMBER, WE VOTE FOR YOUR MILAGE INCREASE!
