Richard Shaffer is a phenomenal attorney. I have used his services for various aspects of my planning including Estate Planning, business succession planning, and shareholder agreements. I know he also does Medicaid and trust planning, but I haven't had a need for that personally. I love knowing he "wears many hats" and is competent in each area. Most importantly, he is honest enough to refer me to others if it is outside his expertise. Richard is a great contact to know as a business owner and individual.

I have worked with Jon Swartz now for a few years on a few different issues for both my local small business as well as for personal issues He is unbelievably generous with his time and his answers questions often without charging if all he is doing is answering. His advice is fantastic and his pricing always feels like a great deal to me when you actually do hire him to do something which you often only expect from those who are not talented. I couldn't recommend him any higher
