No communication from Brandon on or after April 15. He didn't return phone calls or emails, and his voice mailbox was constantly full, so he couldn't receive messages. My taxes weren't filed on time with no explanation or information provided by Brandon. Duplicate payments were made to the state of Minnesota. It took lengthy phone calls to both the IRS and the Minnesota Department of Revenue to find out the status of my returns, the total amount I owed and the penalties for late payments.
Terrible client communication. The owner, Brandon, can't successfully run a business if he won't respond to emails and his voicemail is always full. Run, don't walk, away from here and find a true professional to meet your needs.
Brandon has done my taxes for over 8 years. He is quick & reasonably priced. I would highly recommend him!
