New management is terrible! Went in to buy a watch, tried it on and wanted to purchase. I was told no I am not allowed to buy this item. Was not offered anything and when I stated this is unlike Swarovski customer service, the Manager Mathew said, he has come over from Marks & Spencer that he didn’t want Swarovski to think bad of him. So he offered me nothing. I then said I will definitely write a review and contract head office, he said yes sure that’s fine. I thought this was terrible service.
Always walk away with a piece of jewellery for the wife..
Very bad experience , very poor staff service .
