I went in around 5 today and no one greeted me or asked if I needed help. I was really sad because I was ready to spend about a thousand bucks after working 12 hr days last week. I was there 10 min and they greeted everyone else that walked in after me.
I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding an extremely unpleasant and unprofessional experience that occurred at your store located at 447 Great Mall Drive, Space 209, Milpitas, CA 95035. They should not receive a star. Bad service ever I have had at this store. No support for customer on fixing items. Everything made so difficult to have a service of warranty to be done. I quit.
Good Discounts, but less collection.
