I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding an extremely unpleasant and unprofessional experience that occurred at your store located at 447 Great Mall Drive, Space 209, Milpitas, CA 95035. They should not receive a star. Bad service ever I have had at this store. No support for customer on fixing items. Everything made so difficult to have a service of warranty to be done. I quit.
