Alex and Tina that work for SWANY Canada suck. I wrote Tina in hopes of getting my one pair of many gloves repaired. Probably had 10 pairs of the SWANY X-cell gloves over my lifetime. Living between the States and Canada. I ski Aspen and Whistler but records get lost. Furthermore, never had a problems so why keep records!! Tina responded by having Alex write me and ask for a call.
