I haven’t been able to squat pain free for two years. Spent thousands trying to get help. Two sessions with Mitch and I am now squatting pain free, I’m no longer waking up in the middle of the night with hip pain. Mitch knows what he’s doing! If you’re an athlete and struggling to find the right practitioner, Mitch is your guy!
