Lovely staff always helpful but alot of druggies around the area
The website is incredibly difficult to use. I have had to change password and pin every single time i try to log in and the site still doesnt recognise the details. Its so time consuming and frustrating. But the staff in the shop are very nice and it was straightforward and quick when i wanted to withdraw money. It was in my bank the next day. It would just be nice to be able to use the website!
