Rebecca at Swandal Law is an unethical, predatory attorney and landlord. Rebecca rented a studio apartment to my daughter early in 2025, she insisted on only receiving cash upfront including a $1000 security deposit. My daughter extended her stay an additional month and Rebecca demanded the additional months rent, in cash, two months before it was due. I'm a domestic violence and sexual assault survivor, I rented a unit from Rebecca Swandal, she kept my deposit and bullied and threatened me to keep me from taking action when she kept my deposit and lied about damages.
