**update: one week later and I now have chronic neck pain and recurrent migraines as a result of this treatment. The reply is insufficient. There is no massage qualification that teaches or advices cervical realignment and that is speaking as an industry professional. 10 years industry experience is no excuse. I feel anxious about my massage today. It was done by 2 women the first seemed to have more experience and knowledge however she performed neck cracking without asking or telling me first. She did not ask for consent or warn me that she was going to do it. It’s not something I would have agreed to if she asked. Since the massage I have had a mild headache all night, some mild chest pains and dropped a couple of things in clumsiness that isn’t normal for me.
