Visited Swan after reading good reviews online. My experience was bad!. Firstly, upon entering there were two middle aged women who barely greeted me, no professionalism, no warmth, no smiles, very unwelcoming. The attendant Rita was lovely and patient yet once she determined a purchase would not be made, the vibe become one of indifference.
