Swan's #1 priority is that his customers love their bikes and feel satisfied with his work. He is very friendly, generous, and knowledgeable and can diagnose and fix any problem or get you fitted with the right back. Could not recommend more, what a lovely way to do business!
I'm one more voice adding to the chorus, "this place is a gem!" Glenn is delightful. He's helped me with everything from bike fitting questions to fine tuning a well-loved drivetrain, all for what feels like pocket change considering how much I value the services provided. What a hoot this shop runs out of a home garage.
