Glenn is awesome !
Small shop, odd hours, best service around, carefully selected offerings.
Swan cycles located near Cornell college is by far the best bicycle shop in the area. Glenn is down to earth, humble and extremely knowledgeable. He’s a great conversationalist and I highly recommend going to his small shop on the side of his house for any bike issue you have. My friend and I truly enjoyed chatting with Glenn while he diagnosed and fixed my bike. He didn’t miss a beat and thanks to Glenn I will be able to go riding with my son as soon as the weather gets nice again.
This is the top tier bike shop for people at all bike levels.
Swan's #1 priority is that his customers love their bikes and feel satisfied with his work. He is very friendly, generous, and knowledgeable and can diagnose and fix any problem or get you fitted with the right back. Could not recommend more, what a lovely way to do business!
