My parents had their living trust done by Attorney Kevin McKenzie. On our first meeting , he took the time to explain everything in detail. We didn’t feel rushed. My parents and I had several questions and he explained them all. I sent emails with additional questions my parents had and Mr McKensie responded in a timely manner. Swan, Carpenter, Wallis, & Mckenzie helped our parents with estate planning and created their living trust years ago, and we are so glad. The work they did meant that everything went as smoothly as possible. They kindly provided us with copies of all the trust documents and wills (at no charge) which made things so much easier for settling the estate. I appreciate the assistance of Kevin, Lynn, Cindy, and all others who helped and highly recommend them!
