My relative was in Robins unit, it was absolutely awful and the person in charge has no bedside manner what so ever ....
My elderly father lived at Swallows Meadow for 2.5 years, following the loss of my Mum and struggling with cognitive issues. Dad arrived there after an awful time in hospital, where he had been treated for pneumonia after bad experience at another care home. This was a stressful time for my family, getting Dad settled and cared for properly was our priority. My Mum is currently at Swallows Meadow after being discharged from hospital. When my Sister and I found out where she was going we had no doubts that she would be more than ok. The home is lovely, the receptionists are always welcoming and the home is always very clean and homely. The staff on Robin ward are absolutely outstanding and the care in which my Mum has recieved had been second to none. Nothing is ever too much trouble.
