This is business perfection that can be described by neither a star rating, nor a written review. However I'll try to articulate both. I heard about Swallow from my girlfriend. Her praise was borderline nonsensical to me. Could this little shop in a strip mall be worthy of such high regard? The answer is yes…. absolutely, yes. The people who work at Swallow are extremely nice. Also, I don't get the impression that they are trying to over charge me like a lot of other bike stores in the area. Swallow Bicycle Works is the only place I would consider buying or having my bike fixed at.
A great little shop tucked away in a strip mall. The staff (Tom and Sarah) are super friendly and the product selection is a great change of pace from the normal bike brands available around Cincinnati.

Cool bikes, cool stuff, and really cool people. They are very knowledgeable about the local bike culture and terrain. Be ready for a good conversation and a lot of knowledge while there.
