Just needed some touch up paint for a piece that received some scratches and was given a song and dance about how it's not possible. At the prices charged for this furniture, I'd expect better customer service.
Very unhappy with Swaim. For this price point, the quality of the furniture needs to be a lot better. At first my coffee table glass top was sliding all over the place and they sent me rubber pegs to keep it in place which made it look ugly. When the paint started to flake off in less than two years and I asked for a touch up kit, they stopped responding to my emails for months and eventually asked $250 for a touch paint. Don't buy their products!
You couldn't find a better place to work. They are a small family business that takes pride not just in their furniture but also in their employees. They are willing to work with retirees wanting to work part-time.
