Recently on a NCAT matter with Sarah Heuvel, as respondent, her client requested to rent my Airbnb holiday house in Vaucluse late Oct for 23 days Xmas period (peak season) 2025 , at $36k, $1565 per day for a 3 stories, 4 bedroom with pool house.
