I wish there is 0 stars. They will answer only till payment that too only in Tax season Jan - May. Incase you have a query no one answers the phone. They are really very unprofessional. I had a query for the taxes they filed and when i contacted no one answers. I sent mails and left voice messages without luck. Never Never Trust this company or Ramadevi Gallipalli

Do not use this service! They do not respond after taking the money! Filling a complaint against them for fraud with the accountancy authorities
Very unprofessional and unresponsive. Ramadevi calls only to get the payment and then very difficult to get a response. They don't attend calls and don't reply to mails. After I went with another consultant due to lack of response, she called me for payment. When I told her that I am not filing with you, she started shouting and threatening me. She was saying she spent lot of time preparing estimate and now I have to pay! She spam your mail with FREE estimate promise and now she want money for estimate even if you are not fi... read more
The worst experience with SV Tax. That lady Ramadevi G is so rude and once she receives your money, it is impossible to get it back even if she is supposed to pay back. They don’t respond to your calls and emails. They are money eaters and you will lose your peace of mind by working with them. Never Ever try them for filing your IT returns. I would give them minus rating if that option is available.
