I was in today (at the Sault Ste. Marie store in Station Mall) to pick up an online order. Unfortunately, I had to return it because it took too long to arrive and I had already bought another black skirt by then. So, whoever was helping me processed my pick up and then return back-to-back with no questions asked and the broadest smile! She even opened my package for me.
