I wish I could give 0 stars, The manager was so rude. Me and my friend went there to get her birthday dress. The manager came and said. I don't think we carry your size. Just bought a dress from here and my experience was bad enough for me to leave a review. I tried on items and I asked my boyfriend to hand me a different size and the employee reprimanded him and said I had to wait for help. She questioned him about how many items he handed me and we explained he didn’t hand me any. When i needed a different size I waited for help but after 10 minutes we gave up. The manager is rude and treats employees poorly in front of customers. Won’t be coming back.
Experienced poor customer service. The girl with hijab seemed like she was discriminating. I was not attended properly while I was using the trial room. She knocked and left. Did not feel welcomed or positively helped.
I visited this store and had an amazing experience, the staff was so friendly and helpful and the store was so clean . I will definitely be back .
