I have good experience today, the lady who help me is so good in costumer service just completely forget together to get her name, I ask her if I can buy the clothes wear buy the mannequin because it the same size as I have and she never hesitated to give it to me and help me out.
My mom recently went to the Suzy store at Cornwall Centre. She had a very bad experience there. Firstly, some of the staff were not courteous or helpful in answering her questions about certain items about like sale price and promotions. Secondly, the manager I think her name was Anna was quite rude and unprofessional.
