I was looking for engagement dress at this location and I was checking the fit in the mirror when the lady said this rudely “don’t let the dress touches the floor” like how am I going to try it if it’s not okay to lay it on the floor as it is a long dress. Poor customer service! I love shopping for dresses and I have never experienced something like this. This store should’ve better customer service.
Giving them 1 star only because they actually have some decent collections. Otherwise, the behaviour of the store manager deserves a rating below 0 star, if possible. I have seen her being rude with customers, snapping at them or even at her staff about very small things, rebuffing people mid-conversation for no reason etc. I went to the store twice and the second time I automatically felt like I had to walk on egg shells around her: she left that much of an intimidating impression on my mind from just one visit. I’ve never seen a manager this rude!!! According to the reviews neither can half the patrons - maybe the head office should really fire the manager. The way she treats customers - and employees is disgusting to say the least!!!!!
I wish I could give 0 stars, The manager was so rude. Me and my friend went there to get her birthday dress. The manager came and said. I don't think we carry your size. Anyways we found a dress my friend tried it, the manager came by our side and said I don't like that on you. Please keep your opinions to yourself. Just bought a dress from here and my experience was bad enough for me to leave a review. I tried on items and I asked my boyfriend to hand me a different size and the employee reprimanded him and said I had to wait for help. She questioned him about how many items he handed me and we explained he didn’t hand me any. When i needed a different size I waited for help but after 10 minutes we gave up.
