had an amazing experience! the lady who helped me (I think her bane is Adde) went ABOVE AND BEYOND to look for a specific dress that I saw online and she found it. She saves the day since I needed that dress for a wedding and it was last minute! The entire staff was also very kind and helpful
Truly terrible customer service. I called to ask if the location had in stock an item from their website. I offered to provide the staff member the SKU, but she declined and asked for the description. Then she asked if it was regular price or on sale, and I replied that it is 30% off. She located it for me in the store, and said she would hold it for me. I drove to the store, tried it on, then went to pay for it. The staff rung it up at full price. Went there a few days ago and Essie was so so helpful! She made everyone feel welcome and treated all the customers with so much kindness and care. I initially just went for a return but ended up leaving with 2 gorgeous dresses!
