This is the best Suzy! Great prices and always amazing service. The association with short dark hair who wears the necklace with graduating stones is fantastic, always kind, terrific smile and makes me feel welcome and appreciated. Came in to the store today, had 30 minutes in the mall. Wanted to do an online return - three associates including two managers behind cash. More than 25 minutes to process my return and only had 1 customer infront of me! No tech issues either- only an ineffecient team. What a shame... team laughing around cash bouncing here and there. So pathetic and waste of time. I don’t know what’s gotten into suzy and specifically this store.
Had the pleasure of getting service from Khalida at the Saint Laurent location. She was delightful to work with and gave great customer service.
