Unfortunately there has been instances where I have felt the member Shawna wasn’t approachable or professional. I brought it up my next visit in to the manager Maria and she was very apologetic and helped me shop for what I needed. Overall most the staff are friendly and helpful which makes for a good shopping experience. When I go in I look for certain girls to help me with my needs.

This store is honestly the worst I have ever dealt with, especially when it comes to their return policy. I bought a jacket for my daughter, and the size was not right. I went back the next day to return it, but instead of giving me my money back, they forced me to take a store gift card. The staff were rude and unhelpful, and the whole experience was extremely frustrating. I strongly recommend checking your items very carefully before leaving the store, or you will face the same problem and the same bad treatment.
I had an amazing experience at the Suzy Shier London location! Mariah and Justine were absolutely wonderful. They were super supportive and really understood my needs, helping me find the perfect size with ease. Despite Mariah being the manager, she was so friendly and down-to-earth, and the camaraderie between her and Justine was truly heartwarming. It’s always a joy to see such a positive work environment. I love Suzy Shier’s style and will definitely be coming back for more shopping!☺️
