I had a fantastic experience shopping. I was extremely impressed by the staff. The store was clean, and very tidy. Shawna assisted me in finding the perfect outfit for my cousins wedding. She was so kind and helpful. I will 100% be back.
Kind workers and good deals
This is a review of purchasing online via Suzy Shier/Le Chateau website. I purchased 2 dresses and thoroughly read the return policy several times to ensure I could return 1 or both dresses should they not fit. The dresses were from Le Chateau and were marked down products but were not final sale. The policy states to return in store at a Suzy Shier/Le Chateau combo store and lists this store as an option. The employee shouting on customers and the district manager is useless- she is careless indifferent to customer’s complaints. The worst branch ever! I emailed the customer service multiple times and no real action- they were bouncing me with no action- very poor customer care
