Buyer beware! Beautiful clothing, but I’m a bit upset. I’m not from Canada, and happened to visit the mall to buy clothing. I came back to exchange something the following day, and was told I could not get a credit on my credit card. I was forced to take a store credit, fine. Associate at the cash register knows I’m not from the area, doesn’t make me aware they don’t ship to my country. Can’t even shop on their website because of it. Company tells me I’m SOL. Very disappointing customer service. In my experience, the staff spoke to us in a disrespectful and unprofessional manner, which made us feel like we were being looked down on as customers. I was also very disappointed with the quality of the clothing and the return policy. We tried to return items we had purchased, but were told they could not be returned because of the 14-day limit. Based on my experience, I would not shop here again and would not recommend this store.
Clothes here are very nice if you want to have a sophisticated look and don’t want to wear a cropped shirt for once.
