I went in yesterday to see the new collection as I always get emails and have shopped at suzy for years. I had picked out some clothing to try on, there was only one lady there and she was on the phone the whole time. I had to interup her so that I could try stuff on. I really didn't want to try anything on because the store was an ice box. I did anyway, what a very uncomfortable way to shop. I'm not sure what happened to the original staff but I sure did miss them yesterday.
They forgot to remove a security tag for an item I purchased. I noticed all too late that they didn't take it off when it exploded during a holiday dinner and soaked me in ink. I'm never shopping here again.
I loved the collection of Suzy. But i had very bad experience with the customer sale rep. She was rude and very disrespectful. She was constantly staring at me the whole time.
There is no coordination between staff. While checkout process we were on the line and one lady was moving us to other side and then after 2min other lady moved us to different spot. They were not giving good customer service as well.
The manager Sarah at Devonshire mall was such a huge help ! She helped me with a difficult return and helped me try to find another dress to replace it with. Her customer service was 10/10 and really made my day !! I usually never shop around at Suzys but having this great experience I will definitely be back.
