Lady at checkout was so rude , dont know how to do customer service . So disappointed.

I shopped at the Devonshire mall location yesterday and also about a month ago. Miguel and Kaitlyn went above and beyond to help with the outfits I wanted to try. This was my second time I dealt with Miguel and both times he was extremely helpful and polite.
In February, I placed an online order that included clothing and a Prestige Card (a discount card costs $25). While I received the clothing, the card never arrived. I didn’t follow up immediately because in Canada I understand that mail delays or misdeliveries happen so I waited patiently. In early May, I contacted customer service to inquire about the missing card. The agent told me I should have reached out within 30 days and insisted their warehouse “never fails” to deliver. I have shoped here for years. 50% of my closet is suzy Shier but It's really disappointing to see the quality of your clothes getting worse. I bought a trench coat, wore it twice haven't washed it but it's looks so bad. Still charging the same money but the quality is going down. And you wonder why so many shops are closing. Please do better. There are still some of us who like to shop in stores.
