All the staff members are so nice and beautiful!! I loved the customer experience and service here. Nadia assisted both my mother and I to choose the perfect work outfit for my new job. She has amazing customer service skills, with so much knowledge of all clothing. Her upbeat, lively attitude made our day. Please give her the raise she deserves!! I cant wait to come back and see her again, because I know she'll help us find the perfect outfit.

Do not shop here. Sizes are not accurate and are mismatch of sizes. Sizes could say large but actually be a size small. Very disappointing. There isn't even a point to the sizing chart since the Sizes don't match the product. Can't return my items but it sure is a waste that don't even fit the slight bit even though they are suppose be my size.

I had a very bad experience at Suzy Sheer. The staff were unprofessional, and I felt that I was misled. Poor customer service and not a trustworthy experience. I would not return. The manager was extremely rude when we politely pointed out that the discount sign on the shelf said50%, but the register charged us40%instead. Came in today to make a return of a purchase I ordered online - I used visa debit as my method of payment. The cashier seemed totally confused as to how to process the return, left to speak to a manager about it and came back to tell me she’d be doing me a ‘favor’ refunding me my money instead of issuing store credit. Completely unacceptable experience. I feel absolutely ripped off by this Suzy Shier at Devonshire mall. Today I picked two jackets and it’s clearly wrote 50% in a red sign.At the checkout she scanned everything and told me about Prestige card to get 10% and I said ok sure . Minutes later, when I checked my receipt, I was shocked to see I had been charged around 196$.The Prestige card charged for 25,I saw it’s free The jackets rang for 40% not 50.
