The manager Giannina lied about the store policy, and refused to give me an exchange, or store credit, for an item that was a blazer on sale with a white sticker for 40% off. She argued and said it was "Final Sale," refused to show me the policy that states that every sale item is final sale. And wasted my time for as long as she possibly could, until I finally gave up and left the store with an item that had never been worn, was in mint condition, still had the tags on it, that I only bought 4 days ago with the receipt. It is against the law and I will be filing a formal complaint.
I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience at Suzy Shier | Le Château today this afternoon. I selected about four items to try, one of which was a denim dress marked for clearance. However, when I reached the checkout counter, the sales associate told me that the dress had been "kept on hold for someone else" and I couldn’t purchase it — despite it being on the clearance rack and not marked in any special way.
