I was at store today at 5pm and I wanted to try a dress but lady at front desk said they were closing and didn’t let me try a dress. Fitting rooms were all closed and messy. Very rude behaviour.
I went here to get a dress for a holiday party. I spoke with Lindsay who was extremely helpful! I also enjoyed the experience as you don’t get as much help these days. I was dreading having to go to 3-4 stores and I found the perfect dress and a great price at the first store. I got sooo many compliments at the party as well! Thank you Lindsay!!
I am very disappointed! I bought 4 dresses at crossiron mills branch. One of the dresses has no tag so my husband asked the lady at the cashier for the price and the lady said $24. Another lady helped us in paying and my husband asked again for the price and she said the same thing. So we paid and when I am checking the receipt, it turned out that the price for the dress with no tag is $33. When asked why is the price different from what they said the answer is the price they gave us is online and its different from instore.... read more
We had a very disappointing experience at this Suzy Store. While shopping with my wife, we were asked by a staff member to wait outside the store because another customer reportedly did not wish to shop in the presence of men due to religious reasons (the staff member shared same religious beliefs). As a result, I was excluded from the store despite being there with my spouse. I was there today with my wife using the fitting room, in the next fitting room there was another lady and she might have tried alot of clothes and left everything in the fitting room itself. I heard two of the ladies, i think one was manager saying that everytime the same people and she kept on banging the stuff till i was there. They are professional and customer service is what they opted for. All 3 of them could have kept cool and should have asked that lady nicely to put the stuff back on shelf.
