I was very disappointed with my experience at this store. As soon as I walked in, a sales associate immediately told me there was 40% off dresses, without clearly explaining that the discount was only available with a membership. The detail was written only in small print on a sign. When I got to the checkout, another employee asked if I wanted to sign up for the membership because I would get “an additional 20% off.” Again, neither the employee nor the sign clearly mentioned that the membership itself costs 25 CAD.
