Worst customer service!!! Bought a sweater from this location and they forgot to remove my security tag, got back to red deer and realized it was still on, called the store a spoke to the manager and she totally refused to help saying there's nothing she can do, and I would have to drive all the way back to crossiron mills for their stupid mistake. 0 stars
We had great time at the store. The manager Lindsey was lovely and helped us find the perfect dresses.
Absolutely horrible customer service. If they hate there job so much, then don't work there. You ask a simple question and you get an attitude of being high and glorious, I am the princess of the world. Reality check this job is a job not a career. I hope they get people that appreciate what they have and show compassion to do there job with integrity.
Ordered something online. Waited for almost a month.Never received the email that says order ready for pick up . I contacted customer service and they said that I picked up order on 23 june . I never went there not sure whom they handed over the order without id. May be my ghost. Lost my order and money. I guess will never be ordering from these scammers again
Staff on saturday (31st May , 2025) were exceptionally rude.The cashier (Hebeshisn lady) does not know how to be poliete and was so rude.
