I have always had good experience at Suzy and will hopefully continue to have it, then today. I bought a bodyshaper and when I bought it specifically I asked and the sales associate told me I have 14 days return/exchange. When I go in today they told me final sale da-da-da which is okay and the new girl she said let me confirm with manager. The new associate was polite and went to confirm with the manager, but the manager came over with no professionalism or courtesy (could sense it all in her bodylanguage and expressions). ... read more
