I recently visited the Suzy Shier store and had a very uncomfortable experience as a customer. While shopping, I witnessed an older employee with white hairs loudly shouting at a very young girl who appeared to be working there. The girl looked quite small and seemed genuinely confused, as she was being accused of something she said she never did. I had a wonderful experience at Suzy Shier today. Nicole, the staff member who assisted me, was incredibly helpful and attentive. She made me feel welcome and was genuinely sweet and kind throughout the visit. I really appreciated her support and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend this location!
Great experience shopping here today. I tried on maybe 15 items and purchased more than half (very successful outcome for me). The sales assistant named Marissa was extremely helpful and friendly. She brought all of my items to hang in the change room continuously to make it easier to shop, and also did her best to ensure all applicable discounts were applied to save me a lot of money on the final bill! Bought some nice summer dresses. It was great shopping at Suzy sheir this Sunday. Customer service was on point. Both the Asian girl who were working were so nice and sweet, they really helped me alot. Will come again to shop here. Highly Recommended
I had a very disappointing experience with an employee named Esabila at Suzy on 13/07/25 at 16:17 . She was rude and extremely unhelpful, especially toward a customer who clearly didn’t speak English well. Instead of offering help or showing any patience, she completely ignored her and made no effort to assist or communicate. It was upsetting and unacceptable to witness.
