I went shopping and the manager Shyanne was extremely helpful. I am not a good shopper and a middle aged women. She pulled so many outfits to try on with great suggestions . Several items were perfect. I left with 5 full outfits for my trip. She was organized helpful and very good at selecting the appropriate clothing for me. She made it a super fun experience and girls day for me and my friend. I would return there anytime when I need to be outfitted for a trip!
Today we had the best experience in Susie sheer/la Château. Shyanne was incredibly helpful and took the time to bring several different items to try on. My friend left the store with not just a dress to wear to a wedding but a bag of other great options. Sale prices were excellent. Great experience thanks again, Shyanne for your amazing customer service
I went to Suzy Shier looking for work clothes, Natalia helped find my size and suggested outfits for me. She was very honest as to what looked good and what didn’t. Fabulous customer service, I will be looking for her the next time I go in!
Went in & bought pants, every rack had 50% off on it. The pants had $46 on them & I paid $27.95 before tax, this is not 50% off I asked, & was nonchalantly told that yeah the price was wrong. She then stamped a final sale on the bill so I can't take them back.
The manager was so helpful, she went above and beyond helping me find something to wear to a wedding. I will definitely return here again!
