Went in & bought pants, every rack had 50% off on it. The pants had $46 on them & I paid $27.95 before tax, this is not 50% off I asked, & was nonchalantly told that yeah the price was wrong. She then stamped a final sale on the bill so I can't take them back.
The manager was so helpful, she went above and beyond helping me find something to wear to a wedding. I will definitely return here again!
Shyanne is amazing! I’ve went in to Suzy Shier/Le Chateau a few times in bower mall in the last few months looking for work clothes and outfits for weddings and she always finds me the best outfits. Normally I struggle trying to find something I like and feel comfortable in but she always nails it for me. She really knows her stuff! So friendly and funny too!
Carley is top notch. It was my son's graduation last night and she went above and beyond help me find the perfect dress, tons of compliments and she was so attentive and knowledgeable. Will definitely be going back and cant recommend her enough!!!
I was so surprised yesterday (Sunday July 2) with our experience. We have always gotten great service here, however this past experience has turned me off of this location. No one seemed to care that my husband and I were walking around. Not a hello, Hi, can I help you? When we went to make a purchase, the young lady had no personality. Chewing gum like a cow was so disgusting, she then folds the articles and hands them to me. Doesn't offer a bag, or if I would like to purchase a bag.
