Suzy location at Erin Mills Center had the worst customer service people. I had the worst experience and they don't know how to fix the issue of my return items. They shouldn't be there if they don't know how to do their jobs.
Suzy Shier Square One always had spacious enough floor space, but I was so shocked to see the store yesterday, condensed like never before, so crammed up with a small little tight area fr Le Chateau and to top it all trial rooms with just a curtain right behind the cashier with no privacy whatsoever. Srsly?? Half the items were not even available, sigh! sad state of affairs.
