Went there yesterday and was absolutely shocked how awful the service is. Not only did the workers did not help me at all the manager was also as awful! This location has been going downhill and hope they make some better changes. Never coming back to this location until something is done.
came here with my friend a few days ago didn't know you reopened. the customer service here is extremely bad now. none of these workers know what they are doing. very unhelpful. used to love shopping at this location and no longer will be coming back.
Horrible customer service. The staff in store is completely unhelpful. I placed an order for in-store pickup during boxing week and received a notification that my order was ready. However, when I went to pick it up, they didn’t have my order and said it would be refunded, advising me to contact customer service. No explanation was given. I reached out to customer service, but they were completely unhelpful. What's the point of offering an online pickup option if you don’t fulfill those orders ?
I bought a pair of gloves and on my first use I understood the gloves are not protecting me from cold, I decided to return them in the store, i have the tag with me that came with purchase and i have seperated the plastic wire connection alone to wear the gloves on both hands. But they denied to take the set return saying that i have seperated the gloves, though i have the tag.
