I only visit this store when I have an event because they have a decent selection of regular-priced and sale Le Chateau dresses. I don’t care for the Suzy Shier brand, but my visit on July 19th left me extremely disappointed. The only person I interacted with was salesperson/cashier 3123355. The salesperson was unfriendly and unhelpful, and the store was not busy. The store was messy with clothing on the floor. I like products from Suzy very much and I often go for shopping over there. Today I went to the store at 8.30 pm and the black girl over there was so rude . She told us that they are closing in 15 minutes and rather than asking if we need assistance, she kept staring at us. I was sure that I wanted to buy some of stuff but her behaviour was so disappointing that I just bought one top and left the store. I work in the customer service too but this isn’t how we are supposed to behave with someone.
I went there to pick up something on hold June 20th 2025 around 1:15 PM and the girl on the cash was very rude. There is a sign there saying not to be rude to the cashier but now I see why that sign is there. It should be the other way around. The cashier half black mixed girl wearing black clothes. was very rude sucking her teeth and twisted her eyes and said, I can't hear you over the music speak up! and fling the stuff. It's not my fault they have the music on loud. She is full of attitude or she maybe racist.
Today I went to shop for Graduation and I felt very overwhelmed by the rows and rows of clothes stores have I had to pick one that best suits me, so I went to Suzy Shier/Le Chateau, I found this beautiful dress and a pair of cute heels that go with the dress honestly there is one person I would like to thank it is salesperson Mahima.
