Staff is terrible. There sign shows 7 pm closing time but closed at 6 pm when knocked and ask the employee she agreesively pointed the hours of operation saying it closes at 6 pm. Tried to tell her no it shows 7pm she didn't listen at all and agreesively closed the door. Terrie customer service no empathy for customers at all.
We visited for the first time at this location on December 15. We met Tia who has some exceptional customer service skills. Amazing at guiding my picky daughter in finding the best dress for her while respecting the space and aknowledging her age requirements. Very professional and sweet person overall! Sarah also helped at check out in a very professional manner. Go to this location if you want exceptional customer service!
Very unprofessional staff, there was a girl working continously stairing at us. Please if you dont know how to behave this job is not for you ! Quit 👏 Train your staff properly before you hire girls like these !

From the moment I entered, it felt like I was being treated as an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. When I asked for assistance, their tone was curt, and they seemed completely uninterested in helping me find what I needed.
