UPDATE: someone from the team reached out to me, gave me 20% off on the item i wanted. went to their store to buy it, i asked Member named Dakota if i could get another one of the coat. She asks me very rudely “where did u get this coat from” and i was shocked how rudely she asked me that i said to her i dont know. The customer service in this store is horrible. The staff are miserable and take out their frustrations unprovoked by being rude to their customers. As someone that has worked retail in the past, should never make customers feel uncomfortable or be-littled. Nina acted really rude to my face and made me feel uncomfortable to shop here, extremely unpleasant and unprofessional experience.
Staff at this location is horrible. They don’t know even C of the customer service. The girl ( she was white skinny, in black top, working at 7:30 pm on Dec 2,2025) who attended me to check out was very rude. Went there on 14th nov 2025 around 7.30-8pm. Wanted to put a coat on hold. This is just a simple task. The associate put it on hold and took my name and number and told me it will be on hold until end of day Saturday. I was supposed to call on Saturday to extend the hold until sunday. If there was less than one start I will put it …. I have been always buying from Suzy , But this was the first time I come to this location cause I heard its new and big …. But it was the worst branch ever !!!
