I drove to this large chain store on Saturday, Easter Eve, because Google showed it as open, only to arrive and find it closed. There was just a cheap handwritten note on the glass door saying the store was closed. For a business this size, it is unacceptable not to update its hours online. Customers should not have to waste time and gas because the store cannot manage basic communication. On top of that, the return policy is very frustrating. Customer service was extremely disappointing. The girls at the cash were very disrespectful. I told them I had a discount, but they kept insisting that I was lying and spoke to me in a very rude manner. Because of this, I decided to leave my items and walk out. I will not be returning anytime soon.
