This was my first time visiting Suzy at West Edmonton Mall, and unfortunately, it will be my last. The employee with curly hair was very disrespectful and had a poor attitude. Her customer service was not professional at all, and the way she spoke to me was unnecessary and disappointing. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, because customers deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism.
I had a very disappointing experience at this store. I bought a dress on sale and two pieces of jewelry from the new collection!!!!! One of the jewelry items had no indication on the tag that it was actually an ankle bracelet. I honestly thought it was a necklace because there was no description. The next day, I came back to return only the jewelry items, but the salesperson refused and told me that there are no returns in July. I found this very upsetting because I believe I was misled. I went there to shop with my friend for a special event of ours. Dawna made sure we get the best deal and her customer service is exceptional. I will always go back and find her specifically.
Chika is very professional employee, as I visit this location first time today. I have my job interview tomorrow and I don’t know what to wear, how to choose, she helped me very nicely and friendly. I’m very happy with her service if there will be 10 star I will give that to her. I’m so satisfied and now I come back for more shopping.
I stepped into the west Edmonton mall location and was greeted by a pleasant lady named Charlaine. At first I wasn't sure of what I wanted and if my size was available being petite size. Charlaine was extremely helpful and supportive all along my shopping experience. She selected garments and customized the look for me and I was very impressed with her selections.
