I hated my last experience there. There was a young Indian employee with glasses who asked me to check an EMPTY reusable tote bag. Either she singled me out because of my race or she's just incompetent and doesn't understand how shopping works in Canada...(you have to pay for bags if you don't bring your own). I've never felt more like a foreigner inside my own country than that day. What's the point of telling me to check my empty tote bag? She assumed I am going to steal outlet clothing? Great customer service experience, I walked in and was immediately greeted by the store manager, the customer. service is warm and inviting, Joanna was warm and freindly. She definitely went above and beyond, great team keep up the great service...
