Terrible customer service and a ridiculous return policy. I bought a dress from Suzy, and when I tried to return it, they refused because the little wire/string holding the tag was white instead of black. How am I, as a customer, supposed to know what colour their tag wire is supposed to be? I had my receipt, the original tag, and everything was there.
