The staff is so rude and she hit me on the way out with her body! They changed the staff since, I felt bad, but still rude yesterday. This will not change.

Jan 21 approx 8:30pm My mom visited this store and hoped to purchase a top. She wanted to try the item on but the employee claimed that the fitting rooms were closed as the store closed in around 30 minutes. I work in retail and no store would ever do this THIRTY MINUTES BEFORE close, maybe 5 minutes before. Even then we are supposed to let the customer try on items. Then my mom asked if she would be able to try on the item at home and return if it didn’t fit. Employee said no as the store has a no returns or exchange policy... read more

So today I visited the Guildford Mall Suzy store and explained the problem to the store associate named Lakshya, he listened to me very patiently and talked to his manager and they have correct the problem and linked the card with my account. I really appreciate their service. Good team

The security tag remained attached to a pair of pajamas that I purchased. I contacted the store the following day to report this issue, but no acknowledgment of responsibility was made; instead, I was accused of neglecting to notice the alarm. Additionally, the store's cleanliness, particularly in the fitting room, is below acceptable standards.
