Dimanche passé, j’ai été servie par Madame Adnise. Elle était vraiment gentille et accueillante, elle m’a beaucoup aidée à choisir mes tenues.
Very bad customer service, the lady at counter is so rude, we were there yesterday 21 Feb, 2026. Only one person is there in store, and she’s such a bad and rude person. She’s asking people to put back clothes on the hanger why would we do that, that’s what they are hired for. Also when we were ready to pay she was super mad I don’t know why. Team hire people with skills.
A ridiculous store. I love the clothes and I used to come here very often, once a month atleast. Until recently. Extremely rude staff. I asked for the manager but the refused. I have NEVER had this problem before at this store or any other store. The entire store was empty and because I was in a hurry, I could not put a top and 3 skirts that I had tried in a hanger. They talked disrespectfully, and even denied to let me buy the 2 items that I wanted to buy.
