I had an absolutely horrible experience with this store. I bought a top that looked fine at first, but after wearing it just once, it literally started to fall apart. When I brought it back hoping for at least a basic level of customer service, the staff not only refused to accept it, but had the audacity to give me a condescending, disparaging look—as if I was at fault for their poor quality product. Poor customer service When I went to the store and I asked to the person for ordering a pant for me and she was like no I can’t order it as I’m just one here in two store. She is so rude. I can understand that she is the only one, but she has to do the thing which client wants . Where should I have to go now? I want to purchase the pants from Suzy.

I had a horrible experience in this Suzy Shier. I ordered a skirt in March thru online. I received an email to pick up my order on March 27th, 2025. Then I received a call from Suzy Shier store to pick up my order on 16th April, 2025. So I came on 17th April, and the lady working at counter telling me that my order is late and they didn't receive it yet, also asking me if I cancel the order.
