My wife and I wanted to show our gratitude to Ally and her coworker (we didn’t get her name, but lovely young lady with dark hair). Ally went above and beyond to help my wife find what she needed, and was always kind, helpful and patient. We have visited many clothing stores in Vaughan Mills, but Suzy was the best option (for their customer service, and their sizing). We hope to see Ally again, and will be coming back. I was there on September 26 in the evening, and I really appreciated the two ladies working as sales associates. Even though they were understaffed, they were very responsible, attentive, and did their best to help every customer. I truly admire seeing people who take their jobs seriously, and I had to leave this review to acknowledge them. I even asked their names but unfortunately forgot☺️
I had a very disappointing experience. The store where I made my purchase made a mistake in calculating the prices. Since that branch was far from my home, they sent me to a closer location for refunding, but The second branch had a policy that didn’t allow refunds, and the first store also failed to solve the problem, even though it was their responsibility to correct their staff’s mistake. In the end, I was forced to make the purchase against my will. Very unprofessional.
The Vaugh mills store has always been my store to go to for anything I need specially the dresses. Today I really had a hard time with the Store Manager working In the afternoon shift . She was rude and didn’t want to give me the 10% on the item that my daughter went to pay for it . 1. She didn’t even ask my daughter if we had the prestige card (10%) 2. I knew exactly which dress I wanted and was thrilled to find it in my size at this location! When I tried it on, I liked how it looked, but something about the fit didn’t feel quite right. I stood in front of the mirror, trying to convince myself it was perfect, even though I wasn’t completely sold. Aly noticed me adjusting the dress and stepped in to help.
