Bad customer service… i paid already the item and got the receipt and when i asked t put in the bag and she said in a rude face that it’s $4.00 for a reusable bag. I want to return the item and she said in a rude way that no returns. Will never go back in this place…
I had been losing hope on finding a dress for my date, seriously almost reduced to tears, and then we ran into Anna. Anna was absolutely amazing—listened to all my preferences (I have autism, so I have difficulties with textures—she took that into great consideration), and was absolutely the most helpful person I had met all day in the whole mall. I had such a wonderful experience at Suzy while looking for a wedding guest dress. Everyone was very nice and welcoming, but I especially want to thank Ms. Ana for going above and beyond to help me find the perfect dress.
