It was my first time at the South centre mall location and I was incredibly impressed. I was attended to by the store manager Rachelle, and she made my shopping experience seamless and enjoyable. She asked relevant questions and recommended blazers that exactly suited my needs. particularly impressive was the fact that I had very limited time to shop (I had dashed out during my lunch break)…. I was the only customer in the store and staff couldn’t be bothered to acknowledge my presence or assist. Looked around, and many clothing items were frayed or just poor quality. It was a disappointment from what “le chateau” and “Suzy shier” used to be. Smiled at the staff as I left, still no acknowledgement. I wouldn’t be surprised if they close out.

I initially had a disappointing experience due to a pricing discrepancy between in-store and online purchases. However, Suzy Shier’s customer service later reached out and resolved the issue with a generous goodwill gift card. I appreciate the way this was handled and am happy to update my review to reflect the positive resolution.
