Terrible customer service. I drove all the way here with my infant today (June 24, around 3 PM) only to be turned away by a highly unprofessional manager. She refused my online return because the price ended in “.95” claiming that means "Final Sale"!! There was zero mention of "Final Sale" on the website or my receipt. Expecting customers to guess internal pricing codes is ridiculous and she showed zero empathy for a mistake that was entirely the company's fault. Highly misleading policy and awful management. What an amazing experience I had today!! Both ladies working the evening/afternoon shifts were so helpful. I think one was named Annie or Anna. Great pricing and just could not have asked for a better experience!! Thank you both so so much!!
The manager there is on a power trip. Asked to honour a discount that was in the day before and I had asked the cashier to check if it would be valid the next day if not I would proceed to buy it then, the cashier would do nothing to help. I calmly asked the manager if she could honour the discount given the situation she was snarky and rude. She then took the item from me and told me To leave. She’s on a power trip and has a better then tho attitude.
It was my first time at the South centre mall location and I was incredibly impressed. I was attended to by the store manager Rachelle, and she made my shopping experience seamless and enjoyable. She asked relevant questions and recommended blazers that exactly suited my needs. particularly impressive was the fact that I had very limited time to shop (I had dashed out during my lunch break)…. I did not tell her this by the way, but she served me so accurately and in such a short time frame, I was able to get what I came for.... read more
