I had such a great experience at Suzy Shier! The store is well organized and has a lovely selection, but what really stood out was the customer service. The manager, Jasdeep, went above and beyond to help me — she was so patient, kind, and really made sure I found exactly what I was looking for. It’s rare to see that level of care, and I really appreciate it. Thank you, Jasdeep, for making my shopping trip so positive!

Very disappointed was in store to buy something that I saw online. No customer service. I was the only person in the store and both workers were behind the counter and ignored me and they both were chatting in their own language. I looked at them a couple of times and they did not care that they were not helping the customer. I left very quickly and did not buy anything. I will not be back again.

I such a great experience shopping here! The store is clean, well-organized, and carries a wide variety of products at fair prices. The staff were incredibly friendly and especially i would like to give a shoutout to jasdeep , she went out of their way to help me find exactly what I needed. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this store to friends and family.
