I was a regular customer and used to purchase 2-3 times a month. However, this time i saw my shirt was torn and went back to exchange it, the girl at the front checked the shirt, saw the receipt and told me she can’t take it back since it was final sale. I saw the receipt and told her it’s not the final sale, it’s another top that i bought was on final sale. The best when it comes to customer service 👍 especially the 2 filipina employees working there 😊 one is the staff and one is the manager. They always assist me ❤️
Worst customer service. They forgot the theft tag on a shirt I bought and I had to go back two days later and waste my time. Then I see the whole store is now 30 percent off and they refused to give me a refund of the price difference and barely bothered to apologize for taking time out of my weekend to have to go back to the mall due to their mistake. They have no refund??? What kind of store doesn’t have refunds anymore? Poor service, poor way of treating customers. Never again.
