Such a disgusting store and their customer service! The girl mirage who calls her store manager doesn’t even deserve to be an employee. She is very rude and arrogant, believes she’ s the one that owns the store. She was so rude with me just because I asked for different size in the room. Also I felt they just want to be free in the store not doing anything. No body even greeted me. Ridiculous store, won’t even refer!
very very disappointing I was just there to exchange the size but they said big no I will never comeback
Very unsatisfied with product quality Very disappointed from Customer service(after sale service) contact via email I Purchased a coat in store , just after wearing it few times, it became full of lint and even inside lining is torn from many places. This shows the product is a very bad quality, although I just wore it few times and tried to be gentle while using it , but unfortunately it became very bad.
Staff are very nice, Reem was very helpful.
Amazing customer service, great product and great prices , Highly recommend
