I had a great experience at this store location. Ella the store clerk was so helpful and helped me pick a sweater for my Mother. I need advice choosing a specific style. She was super helpful and friendly to me. Thanks Ella!
arogant cashier anprofessional
Terrible service, the store manager is extremely rude and unhelpful. I am incredibly disappointed and unsatisfied with the service. I had went to return a few items, however, was denied a refund and I offered store credit instead. It's unacceptable that I am being compelled to purchase things from their store only in this manner. Not only this, the staff did not even attempt to assist despite my requests for a refund and not store credit. Do not recommend shopping from this store whatsoever.
I stopped by this store recently to look at some coats and, unfortunately, had a very disappointing experience. I am a regular customer at Suzy, especially for their winter collection, and this visit was quite unpleasant for me. I picked up three coats to try on while carrying two other shopping bags. One coat slipped off its hanger, and since my hands were full, I placed the hanger back on the rack before heading to the fitting room.
