This was, without a doubt, the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. I placed my order on June 22 because I needed the dress for an event on July 4. At no point during checkout did the website mention how long shipping would take. Before placing my order, I found information online saying that shipping to a home address could take even longer than shipping to a store. Found some nice clothing on sale however the two sales associate never greeted us, just chatted to themselves and made eye contact with us. They watched us help ourselves to the change rooms after making no effort to help us, and only came out from behind the desk to appear busy by the change rooms. Found some great deals tonight, was happy with my clearance purchase but I thought the store is irresponsible in having only 1 staff member working. Not only for obvious security issues, but I probably would have bought more if suggestions were offered but there was no extra support for the poor girl who was working really really in hard getting all the merchandising done.
